Laughter is truly a perfect cure for whatever ails you. Now naturally if you do not see anything humorous, it is difficult to cause yourself to laugh. Right? Or is it? The Law of attraction is a powerful tool for positive manifestation for your life.
Try this: Simply exhale with a heavy emphasis on the connotation 'HA'. And do this engaging the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a little exercised part of our bodies. When you breathe through your diaphragm and lungs in this way, you're getting much fuller breaths. You oxygenate the blood and brain. Now attempt exhaling on the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Bounce your belly, while you are trying this, you have now used the diaphragm. Now try it changing up the frequency, the volume. Then stretch it out.
You can do this in your car, going to and from the office or on a break. I know it sounds silly. But silly is GOOD. Attempt it with a friend. If you do this in company, I'm sure you will both end up laughing for real. It's hard to try this exercise without creating a real belly laugh. A method to heighten your vibe fast is Toning. Similar to singing, but you tone for the sake of having sound go through your body. You're not going for a pretty sound, just sound for the sake of sound. The sound you manifest is the right sound. Feel it go through your nose, your throat, ribcage. Experience the breath and vibrations through your body. Do it for a a little while to as long as you desire. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of attraction Love.
Recall, these are easy and goofy, fun and are only for the sake of doing. I will bet you've got several energy tools you use and you don't even know it. Anything you do to free yourself from feeling bland, useless, disengaged and depressed. It could be playing with or bouncing a ball, listening to the birds, blowing bubbles. I keep a small bottle of bubbles on my desk. Get up and stretch, do some hip rotations. It's a way of becoming attuned to your body. And always stay hydrated. Drink a lot of water. Drinking water doesn't just hydrate, it grounds you as well. Remember your body is a bundle of energy fields. Take good care of you on all levels. When you use energy management tools, you'll be less likely to go for that caffeine and sugar crutch.
You will begin being in the now more often. And remember, your present is always the best place to be.
