How To Lose Weight With The Law of attraction

How To Lose Weight With The Law of attractionHow To Lose Weight With The Law of attraction

The law of attraction states that like attracts like. This means that whatever you are thinking and feeling on a deeper level, you will attract. You can think of it as your subconscious beliefs and programming. If you are finding yourself overweight and wanting to get in shape, then start to examine your deep beliefs about fitness and being overweight.

Ask yourself the following questions;

1. Is it hard to lose weight? 2. Does being in shape mean dieting, hunger or denial of something good? 3. When thinking of losing weight now, do memories of past failures come to mind? 4. When thinking of exercise, does it seem boring or a chore to do? 5. Do you want to lose weight quickly or are you interested in life style changes that will permanently keep the weight off? 6. Do I really believe I can do this with the law of attraction?

The truth is that you did not get to be where you are overnight. There were processes and patterns of thinking and feeling that brought you to the point you are at now. You have created belief systems and weight gain is just a symptom of them.

Likewise, using the law of attraction, you will also begin to change those patterns and habits. I call them mental habits. The above questions will help you determine, exactly how you feel inside about losing weight.

Many people want to lose weight quickly through pills, diet fads, and extreme exercise programs. While those things may take the weight off, it is often harder to keep it off permanently, because an important thing has not been dealt with - your mind.

By understanding and using the law of attraction you begin to condition your mind to automatically make the right decisions and actions in your every day life that lead to a slim and trim body.

Here are some simple steps in using the law of attraction to lose weight;

1. Get a picture of yourself when you were your ideal weight or get a picture of someone who is your ideal weight. You can cut out images from catalogs and magazines.

2. Get a couple of pairs of pants that are at least 3 sizes too big for you.

3. Create a short affirmation such as "I'm perfect slim and trim" or "I'm fit and slim"

Then, every day you can use the law of attraction to lose weight by taking at least 30 minutes to an hour and put on the big clothes to help you get into the feeling of being slimmer. While doing that, you look at the picture and get into the feeling of being that which you see in front of you. Then keep saying the affirmation you have created to yourself. You can say it out loud or in your mind.

This should be a fun time for you and if you ever feel that it is becoming a chore then you are not doing it right. It may be hard to get into the feeling of being fit and slim if all your life you may have felt otherwise. Practice makes perfect. Give yourself permission to feel good, to feel slim, to feel anything you want to feel during that 30 to 45 minutes each day.

Don't expect results over night, but if you stick with your daily program, you will begin to automatically make decisions in your daily life that will help you lose weight.

Also, remember that you will have to do more than just affirmations to get fit. Eating fresh fruits and veggies, low fat foods, exercise and proper rest are also important.

By law of attraction, you will find it easier to eat healthy, exercise and feel better and better. With continued dedication and persistence you will be one of those people who have used the law of attraction to lose weight.

Law of attraction Can Improve Your Life

Law of attraction Can Improve Your LifeLaw of attraction Can Improve Your Life

Have you ever wonder why a certain John fell in love with Stephanie and not some Jennifer or Britney? Why did your dream girl in your school not like you but someone else whom you think isn't in anyway better than you? Why do beautiful girls in most cases fall for an average guy and vice versa? Well, scientists claim science knows why it is so.

Laws of attraction are a set of laws whose postulates include the nature of bodies that attract each other. But it is derived from scientific laws and attraction between things rather than human beings.

One of the earliest contributors to laws of attraction is Plato, a great Greek philosopher who built on earlier concepts prevalent at his time, that of attractive forces and repulsive forces and gave a conclusion that likes tend towards likes, meaning things of same nature attract each other very much.

Later, Albert Magnus, a Dominican priest who is known for his works on coexistence of religion and science applied the laws of attraction to chemical systems and gave a theory containing four postulates.

Isaac Newton postulated that the chemical attraction is due to certain forces which followed certain rules very similar to that followed by the planets, those rules or laws are the three laws of planetary motion. He included these views of his in his 1704 book Opticks, a book about light. So most people believe Isaac Newton was in fact responsible for the discovery of laws of attraction. But some people do believe that ancient greek people knew from the fact that, in magnets opposite poles attract and like poles repel, opposites attract and likes repel.

Later Etienne Geoffroy who was involved in translating Newton's works into French, proposed a law stating that 'when two things combine, which have a habit of combining with each other, and a third substance which is has greater attraction towards one of the two substances, then these two will combine to force out the remaining substance from the system'. Etienne geoffroy also published the very first affinity table based on his law.

After him, J.P. Macquer proposed a law comprising of six laws which included two laws proposed by Isaac Newton and Etienne geoffroy. It also included four new postulates about laws of attraction. Later, he also published a book in which he had mentioned about seven types of affinity.

Coulomb's law framed by French scientist Charles Augustine de coulomb gives the formula to calculate electrostatic force of attraction between two electric charges in space.

James Clerk Maxwell suggested that there was an electro magnetic field all over the space, which exerted a certain force on particles that are electric in nature. He also said that this electro magnetic space was affected by the nature and movement of these electric particles. He framed the Maxwell's field equations which can be compared to laws of attraction and repulsion pertaining to the electro magnetic field.

Sociologists normally apply laws of attraction to human attraction. Some apply the analogy with Plato's laws and say people with same thoughts attract each other. Some argue, citing Newton's law saying opposites attract.

How to Use the Law of attraction to Attract the Love of Your Life

How to Use the Law of attraction to Attract the Love of Your Life How to Use the Law of attraction to Attract the Love of Your Life

Do you ever wonder how it is that some people just magically attract wonderful into their lives?

For years, I struggled in my relationships, especially my love life. No matter how many books I read, no matter how many seminars I attended (and there were many!), no matter how much I "learned," I just couldn't seem to figure out what I was doing wrong...

Then something magical started happening when I began applying the Law of attraction to ALL areas of my life... not just in my business or around prosperity, but my relationships too.

Everything started to transform.

Unhappy relationships can be a huge energy drain on our systems... or at least they are for me. Even if my business is going strong, if my relationships are going sideways, everything feels out-of-sync.

The first thing I did when I began this journey of applying the law of attraction to my relationships was to get really clear about what I wanted.

What did I want my relationships to look like? More importantly, how did I want to feel in my relationships?

I wrote down all the qualities and characteristics I wanted my partner to have and how I wanted to feel around him. How did I want us to interact? I wrote it down. How did I want him to interact with my daughter? I wrote it down... everything I could possibly think of that I wanted in a partner.

I looked back at my previous relationships and noticed what specific traits I had loved about them and I included those aspects in my new vision.

If you open up to it, there are always aspects of past relationships that were positive... even if it was just how that special person looked at you.

And I looked back at some of the things I didn't love about some of my relationships and then turned them around to figure out what I did want.

The contrast I had experienced (what I didn't want), provided wonderful clues about what I did want.

You've heard the expression, "What you put your attention on expands." Well when you start putting your attention on all the things you want in a partner or in a relationship, that's what starts showing up... in incredibly miraculous ways.

If you want to attract the love of your life, the first secret is to get really clear about what you want and write it down. One of my favorite quotes from the book, "The Passion Test," is "When you are clear, what you want will show up in your life, and only to the extent you are clear."

Simple, but profoundly true.

What kind of love do you really want in your life?

Give it some thought, even if you're already in a relationship, and write it down.

Energetically, you'll be announcing your intentions to the Universe so it can start bringing you what you want. Then the magic begins...
