Using the Law of attraction

I give up. The law of attraction doesn't work at all."

This thought may surface quite a few times for many of you guys out there.

You may know what the law of attraction is- or even what kinds of benefits it may bring to your life. You've maybe even read countless books, or even articles to increase your knowledge on the law of attraction. Yet, despite having such valuable insights, somehow you are unable to apply it to your lives. Despite trying over and over again- you fail to make it work.

Why is this so?

The reason is simple: It is simply not enough to obtain the knowledge of something if you do not know how to use it properly. Say for example: Someone hands you a fishing rod. Given your knowledge, you know that it is something you use to catch fish with. Yet, you do not possess the skills on how to use it. This would result in the fishing rod being nothing more than a long piece of metal stick.

Hence, it is not enough to understand or acknowledge the law of attraction, you have to learn the skills to use it. I will now present to you 5 easy but essential steps on applying the law of attraction which, if correctly put into use, would immensely improve your life right now.

The 5 steps of applying the law of attraction:

Step 1: Don't think or believe-know it.

Step 2: Allow it to happen- clear your doubts.

Step 3: Take action- Make it happen.

Step 4: Phrasing it right- your self-thoughts.

Step 5: Feel it- visualization.

STEP 1: Don't think or believe it-Know it.

"Only by believing in the things you want to obtain or even achieve can the law of attraction work."- A common saying for the law of attraction.

Believing in the law of attraction is very important. However, mere believing isn't enough. You have to believe it so strongly that you know that it is there and that it is within your grasp- that it is indeed real. The same goes for what you want to manifest in life. In short, you have to have a very powerful belief in both of them in order to manifest your desires.

For example, if you want that job promotion, it is not enough for you to just believe that you would get it. You have to believe it so strongly such that it feels very real to you, as if it has already happened. By doing so, you know that you will get that job promotion. The law of attraction will take action and present to you the job that you've always wanted. How can something not happen if you know that it's going to happen?

Simply put, the thoughts in your mind must be very powerful so that it feels as if you have already obtained or achieved the certain things you want, or else it's not going to work. Believe strongly until you know that it will happen.

STEP 2: Allow it to happen- clear your doubts.

The law of attraction will not work if you doubt on it's usefulness or existence.

When you apply the first step of the law of attraction (The "knowing" part) and such doubts come up in your mind:

"If I am late, does it mean that the law of attraction does not work?"

"If I fail to get this grade, it shows that the law of attraction does not work?"

They will cause the law of attraction to malfunction and you would probably find yourself actually being late or failing to achieve the grade that you want. However, it is actually because of these doubts that these scenarios you had in mind actually happened. (Etc. Your doubts manifest a traffic jam, causing you to be late or committing a carless mistake in your exam.) This is because the law of attraction manifests whatever you believe in.

These doubts act as obstacles that prevent you from fully utilizing the law of attraction.

Hence, it is important to clear your doubts- to have no negative thoughts or whatsoever in order for the law of attraction to work. You cannot think of "if"s. You cannot think of failure.

If you do as I say, I guarantee you that you would be able to manifest anything you want in your life. Accept the law of attraction- that it will work.

STEP 3: Take action- make it happen.

Imagine the fishing rod in your hand. Imagine yourself having the skills and knowledge on using it. Imagine the sea right in front of you; and within it, dozens of fish in it. Yet, you choose not to take any action. You lie on the sandy beach and close your eyes. As you are taking a nap, you expect the fish to magically pop out right beside of you. Chances are, it's not going to happen.

This is a common mistake that people make. The law of attraction is not some kind of magic that can suddenly make anything you want in life appear right it front of you. You may know how it works and how to use it, but if you don't take any concrete actions, nothing is ever going to happen.

Your thoughts play an important role in manifesting the things you desire in life. So does your actual actions. Do what is required, and apply the first 2 steps mentioned above, and you will find overwhelming success in manifesting the things you want in life. In order for the things you desire to happen, you have to take action. Do it now!

STEP 4: Phrasing it right- the thoughts in your head.

When you manifest things you want through your thoughts and imagination, you will find times that you actually "talk" to yourself. (Self-Talk) This is perfectly normal; everyone does it. However, what's important is how you actually phrase these sentences in your head. You must phrase it in such a way that it gives out a positive energy. This is because words and phrases have subconscious meanings that your brain interprets.

For example: Today, you are going to have an outdoor picnic with friends that you have not seen for a long time. It will be a great time to catch up and have fun together. However, the sky seems gloomy and appears as if it's going to rain. You do not want the sky to rain because the picnic takes place outdoors. So, you apply the law of attraction. In your mind, you think like this:

" I don't want it to rain, I don't want it to rain"

Yet, after applying the law of attraction, the sky remains gloomy and soon the rain begins to pour.

Theoretically speaking, what you tell yourself correct. It contains the message of what you want. (You don't want it to rain.) However, by saying this, what you actually mean is that you want it to rain.

This is because words like don't or not does not have any effect on the law of attraction. The universe does not accept it. It ignores the word "don't" and manifests your real thought ("I want it to rain").

A correct way of phrasing this would be " I want clear blue skies".

So, in order for you to correctly manifest what you want in life, you have to phrase these subconscious thoughts in your mind positively. Never use words such as" Don't, not or never". Rephrase these words so that it sends a clear message across the universe- to the law of attraction, on what you actually want.

STEP 5: Feel it - Visualization.

Visualization. A lot of people do it before big events: A professional athlete before an important match, A businessman trying to close a deal, or even a celebrity singer before a major concert. The same goes for the law of attraction.

Visualization is a really important process that is required in order for the law of attraction to work. It is realistic- it tells you what to expect and how it feels to have it. Doing so would result in your subconscious mind believing that it is indeed real and would trigger the law of attraction to work. But the important thing here is that your visualization must be very vivid and realistic. And how do you do that?

-Use your 5 senses. Visualize yourself touching, smelling, hearing, seeing or even tasting the things you want to manifest in your life. Examples would be hearing the engine roar from a certain sports car you want, or feeling the texture of the ceiling and walls of a grand house, or even seeing the amount of money you want in your Bank booklet.

-Use your emotions. Think of how you feel when you have obtained the things you want. This will make your visualization more lively and vivid. Have gratitude for the things you will have or have.

-Sharpen the saw- practice. It is only by practice that your visualization can become perfect. Visualize the things you want for at least 10-40 minutes everyday. It is best to do it in the morning and at night, most preferably a period of 20 minutes per. However, if you want, you can make these sessions longer.

Now that you know the 5 essential steps of applying the law of attraction, remember to put it into good use. Apply them in areas of life where you want to manifest the things you desire. I wish you great success.
