Losier's Law of attraction

Losier's Law of attraction

Michael Losier is a Canadian neurolinguistic programming expert who authored "Law of

Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't" in 2003.

What Is the Law of

Attraction?

The law of attraction is the idea that we receive what we focus on---whether we want it or not.

Attraction

Losier writes that we emit positive and negative vibrations that determine what happens in our lives. Positive vibrations, which are produced by good feelings, will attract favorable circumstances. Likewise, any negativity we feel will attract unwanted experiences.

Losier's book explains that most people attract what they do not want by default, because they do not control their negative thoughts and feelings. He calls this process nondeliberate attraction. Deliberate

Attraction

Losier's book outlines how to deliberately attract the things that you want. The three steps of this process are identifying what you want, giving it your attention and allowing it to become part of your life.

The Impact of Words

Losier warns that when we talk about the things we do not want, it affects our thoughts and feelings and creates a vicious cycle that perpetuates the very things we are complaining about.

Activities

Losier's book includes several activities and worksheets that are designed to help readers deliberately create the experiences they desire.
