Now practice in your thoughts saying No to Bob. How do you feel? Empowered? If Bob would not take it well, that is not your fault and you cannot take it personally. If you said yes would it be for the right reasons? Perhaps you could use the extra money and Bob knew that. In either case, there is no wrong answer and whatever answer you give, you give from love for yourself and Bob. Now, how did that feel?

Here is another example, when you give a gift are there always conditions and expectations or are you giving only from love? Are you a classic underachiever, or the victim or always expecting the worse to happen? Guess what, that is what will happen until you stop to hear your thoughts before you respond to others. Determine where your thoughts are coming from and change them to respond only from love and in spirit.

However, if you change your thoughts to focus on the positive the love in another individual you have changed that relationship just by changing your mind.

The first year was definitely the most challenging. But as I read, as I watched and as I practiced I realised something was and had been hapening over that first year.. I was happy. Really happy. And for no reason. I woke up happy. I danced around the house in the mornings. I was even happy as I paid by bills, when ever money presented itself. How blind had I been? I had not really stopped to look and appreciate the many things that had manifested into my life without any effort over that first year. I was so busy concentrating on the money that was not gushing into my account, I'd forgotten to take stock and give appreciation. I had attracted a year full of little stuff that I'd simply taken for granted and every one of them was an item on my list. I am able to manifest the little things with ease. But I confess my ego still likes to whisper in my ear -coincidence-. It is a constant battle.

I have not read a newspaper or watched the news or current affairs show for over 2 years now. Not knowing hasn't effected me in the least. That doesn't mean I'm not aware. That's the funny thing about doom and gloom; Others like to spread it and are happy to talk about it for days, months even. Sooner or later I catch up. The difference is that I don't delve for details, have not seen the visuals and therefore get to experience it in a detached manner. Tip 2.

I realise now that I have nothing to defend. I'm not asking them to believe it. Of course I'd love for them to experience the changes I have experienced, but it's not my place to convince them. If they ask, I answer. If they ask negatively, I change the subject. When they persist I leave. Nothing is more important than my state of being. I have lost several friends along the way and one family member. Well actually I like to think of them as lost. I hold nothing against them from dropping me out of their lives and social network. And one day when they're ready to take their own journey, then here I am. Without one single -I told you so- in sight.

Hitler would not were ready to murder 6 million Jews, Stalin would not were ready to starve twenty million Soviets, and Saddam Hussein would not had been in a position to torture numerous Iraqis.

Napoleon Hill gets it correct in Assume and Develop Wealthy when he talks about achievement requiring want, concentrate, and discipline. We are accountable for our lives, but we also desire to permit other people to be accountable for theirs.

So do not beat your self up when the poor stuff seems. We're all imperfect, we all have physical weaknesses and spiritual gaps, and we all can be impact by other people today's wills.

As an alternative, allow's concentrate on the excellent stuff. Thoughts and desires determine all goals and their attainment. Some people think them out of reach. This is only because the understanding of the universal law in the law of attraction, escapes them. Simple quantum physics explain we all are parts of the universal energy system.

We are not disconnected from the universe; instead we are at one with it. The way you control this energy to manifest your dreams into reality is to use your thoughts to direct it. This law will give you whatever you can imagine. It doesn't matter how big it is. If you can focus your thoughts on what you want, the law will bring it to you.

But keep in mind that this is also true for negative thoughts as well. If your mind is harboring negative feelings and all your thoughts are centered on the lack of money or the debts you have, then these are what are going to get attracted from the universe into manifesting in life more and more.

The law is detached just like the Law of Gravity. It doesn't matter if you are a good person or a bad one, if you jump from a roof; you will fall down to the ground.

Knowing this, it only makes sense to keep your thoughts positive as much as you can. Only focus on the things you want in life and not of that which you do not want. For example, if you are looking to attract money into your life because you are looking to buy a new home.

Imagine that you have already bought the home and now you are the owner of it. Focus on the home and not the money you need to buy that home.

How will you feel when you are living in your nice, new home? Will you feel proud, happy, and safe? Experience those emotions now. Stay focused on those good feelings and you will attract your dream home to you. You may do it by coming into money or a totally different method could open up for you.

Many people approach this law with a feeling of lack. For instance, if they are looking to attract money so they can pay their bills, they tend to do this with the emotion of need. They need money so they can pay the bills. They have too much debt and really have to have this money.

So stop thinking about the lack of it and approaching the law with a feeling of need. The best way to go about it would be to imagine yourself as already having paid those bills. Visualize yourself as a debt free, relaxed individual who has no dues in his name.

The second issue is that people try to figure everything out themselves while going for the law of attraction.

Your only job when working with this law is to figure out exactly what you want and focus all your thoughts and emotions on having it. Let the universe decide how you are going to obtain it.

Of course it doesn't mean that you can sit tight without doing anything. You will have to take action but it will be an inspired one after the universe gives you a nudge towards it.

For instance, various moneymaking ideas may come to you when you want to attract money. Pay attention to the universe and listen to your heart when opportunities present themselves. Be aware that there may also be opportunities arise that are not, the best choice. Remember, opportunities that the universe sends to you will have a good feeling, choose those that feel right.

While you are working with the Law of attraction, it is best to show gratitude for what you already have. This can be your children, your home, your job or your health.

Be clever and be thankful to the law of attraction for everything positive it has already given you.

Your present feelings are a result of the thoughts you harbored in your mind earlier and the feeling and emotions they generated in the past. In case you are happy, the best thing to do would be to change your thoughts so that you only harbour those which you want to feel more.

Create the future you want by doing this. Send this positive energy into the universe, and it will send your future to you, just as you are thinking and feeling it now.

The Universal Law of attraction basically states that both our conscious and unconscious thoughts control the reality of our life. Whatever is strongly focused upon, whether it is positive or negative, is what one will ultimately get.

The Universality of the Law

This law affects everybody equally. No energy is required to make this happen, and nothing can be done to stop it.

Unconscious Attraction

Because it is human nature to focus on the things that have gone wrong, or problems that need to be fixed, by default more problems are attracted.

Consciously Repelling Negatives

To remove bad things from one's life, one has to stop giving them attention. If there is something in life that one wants to get rid of, focus on something different, and the negative will leave.

Consciously Attracting Positives

By focusing on the things that one wants to happen, those things are attracted. The more intense the positive thoughts, the faster the positive things appear.

Closing Thoughts

Humans are powerful attractors, whether by default or by deliberate choice. By thinking a wanted or unwanted thought, a wanted or unwanted emotion or end result occurs. When the thought is changed, so is the emotion or end result.

For those of you who do not know what The Secret is, or the Law of attraction, I'll give a quick summary.

Basically, The Secret is a book about the Law of attraction.

The Law of attraction is the idea, supported by Quantum Physics, that all thought is made of Energy, and that All Energy is constantly moving, changing, and evolving. Therefor, all things are made by thought, and thoughts can impel actions and and events towards you. In short, you Attract things towards you by what you project through your thoughts into the universe.

So- The Secret to the Law of attraction is learning HOW to USE attraction in your daily life to move the things you want towards you.

So Why doesn't this work for everyone? If everyone could simply think about being rich, and think about being in love, and think about a perfect life, why doesn't everyone have those things???

Simple. Most people aren't actually mindful of their thoughts.

Have you ever spent a day actually listening to your own thoughts? Monitoring the things you say to yourself?

I am betting, just as I was, you will be surprised when you actually tune in to your own inner dialouge. We often project thoughts into the universe without actually wanting to. For example, if you have a lot of bills you may say "I can't seem to ever get ahead of these bills." Right there, you have projected that thought into the Universe, which, in turn, creates that over and over again, making it true.

Personal example- I decided to really try the secret to the Law of attraction out. One month I was really hard up on money and was not going to be able to make a mortgage payment on time. But, instead of thinking "I won't be able to pay this" I continually thought, as often as I could, "I have plenty of money."

One week before the payment was due I received a $1082 check from my escrow account telling me I overpaid my property taxes that year, and they were refunding me the difference.

Absolutely TRUE story.

2 benefits of that "I have plenty of money" thought----

1) I was never "worried" about how I would pay it. I truly felt calm, and knew it would work out.

2) I believe it brought the money to me.

The Secret to the Law of attraction is that it actually DOES work, but people don't know how to harness it successfully and put it to work for them in their daily lives.

One of my favorite lines used quite often in books and movies with slight variations goes something like this:

I love you.

I love you too. I mean, I love you, but I dont love love you.

Love is probably the most overworked word in the world. So overworked, that we use modifiers (such as romantic, agapic, platonic, erotic, etc.) to explain what type of love we are talking about.

The verbal confusion masks the most powerful phenomenon in the world. We are not conscious of the power and truth of love. Love, as a word, is weighted with human history, emotion, and prejudice, when the reality is that it has nothing to do with humans per se.

Ouch! That hurts the human ego . . . what is love if it is not defined by my experience of it?

Love is a universal law the Law of attraction. Perhaps you have heard of it? The short description of the LOA is that like attracts like. The long description of it entails quantum physics, and for many people, God (or Universal Mind, the Creator, the Universe, All That Is, etc. I use God because it is shorter).

But Love a/k/a the Law of attraction is simple. Everybody uses it whether they are aware of it or not.

That which you are in truth attracts similar things, people, and experiences to you.

That which you think, feel, and believe attracts similar things, people, and experiences to you.

The combination of both is, in essence, your life as you know it on Earth. If you do not know who you are, you will think, feel, and believe some things you are not, and therefore have experiences that further confuse you.

Conscious living and conscious loving is the ability to use the Law of attraction deliberately instead of accidentally. Although accidents do happen for a reason . . .
