As soon as you begin to use the law of attraction to lose weight, you will notice that you'll get smaller and small, but also stronger and stronger.

The law of attraction is mostly mind over matter. You will find that it is basically manipulating the way that you see the work of losing weight and it also will manipulate the way that you see yourself. The first step to the law of attraction is to ask the universe or yourself for something. In this case you will want to ask to lose a specific amount of weight. If you do not believe in the system, then you will want to ask for a small amount and then redo the process over and over again until you have reached your goal weight.

The second step in the law of attraction is to get rid of the negative energy and replace it will positive energy. This is why most people tend to give up on the dieting and the working out. They are so overwhelmed with feelings of negativity that it just blocks any and all success that they might have had. You will also want to take inconsideration that there are things that you are going to have to do in order to let go of the negativity.

Basically, you will need to consider the fact that there is much more energy inside you then you think. There is energy that brings you down, and then there is energy that pumps you up. You need to be able to shed the negative feelings and start thinking about yourself for a change and not allow other people to affect your thinking.

The third step to the law of attraction is to get over the fear and act like you have already seen success. You need to find radiance with positive energy. Basically, you need to go to that gym like you are a better persona and beautiful from the inside and outside. You need to change your whole way of thinking. Instead of saying "I can" try saying "I am". This will give your confidence a boast and you will also be able to make a huge difference in the amount of success that you see.

Finally, you will just need to accept what it is that you have asked. You have already come so far at this point. You have found out who you are, what you want, and you have released that negative energy with a positive energy. You will also find that not only did you set your mind to something and went for it, but you have found a great success in your weigh loss, even if you didn't hit your ideal weight. You just need to continue to work at and use the law of attraction, and you will soon be able to see the extra success.

The success in something like this is that you will become someone who is crazy successful and powerful, and confidant. People who need to lose the weight lack power and confidence, and this is something that you will be able to gain through the law of attraction.

Thoughts and desires determine all goals and their attainment. Some people think them out of reach. This is only because the understanding of the universal law in the law of attraction, escapes them. Simple quantum physics explain we all are parts of the universal energy system.

We are not disconnected from the universe; instead we are at one with it. The way you control this energy to manifest your dreams into reality is to use your thoughts to direct it. This law will give you whatever you can imagine. It doesn't matter how big it is. If you can focus your thoughts on what you want, the law will bring it to you.

But keep in mind that this is also true for negative thoughts as well. If your mind is harboring negative feelings and all your thoughts are centered on the lack of money or the debts you have, then these are what are going to get attracted from the universe into manifesting in life more and more.

The law is detached just like the Law of Gravity. It doesn't matter if you are a good person or a bad one, if you jump from a roof; you will fall down to the ground.

Knowing this, it only makes sense to keep your thoughts positive as much as you can. Only focus on the things you want in life and not of that which you do not want. For example, if you are looking to attract money into your life because you are looking to buy a new home.

Imagine that you have already bought the home and now you are the owner of it. Focus on the home and not the money you need to buy that home.

How will you feel when you are living in your nice, new home? Will you feel proud, happy, and safe? Experience those emotions now. Stay focused on those good feelings and you will attract your dream home to you. You may do it by coming into money or a totally different method could open up for you.

Many people approach this law with a feeling of lack. For instance, if they are looking to attract money so they can pay their bills, they tend to do this with the emotion of need. They need money so they can pay the bills. They have too much debt and really have to have this money.

So stop thinking about the lack of it and approaching the law with a feeling of need. The best way to go about it would be to imagine yourself as already having paid those bills. Visualize yourself as a debt free, relaxed individual who has no dues in his name.

The second issue is that people try to figure everything out themselves while going for the law of attraction.

Your only job when working with this law is to figure out exactly what you want and focus all your thoughts and emotions on having it. Let the universe decide how you are going to obtain it.

Of course it doesn't mean that you can sit tight without doing anything. You will have to take action but it will be an inspired one after the universe gives you a nudge towards it.

For instance, various moneymaking ideas may come to you when you want to attract money. Pay attention to the universe and listen to your heart when opportunities present themselves. Be aware that there may also be opportunities arise that are not, the best choice. Remember, opportunities that the universe sends to you will have a good feeling, choose those that feel right.

While you are working with the Law of attraction, it is best to show gratitude for what you already have. This can be your children, your home, your job or your health.

Be clever and be thankful to the law of attraction for everything positive it has already given you.

Your present feelings are a result of the thoughts you harbored in your mind earlier and the feeling and emotions they generated in the past. In case you are happy, the best thing to do would be to change your thoughts so that you only harbour those which you want to feel more.

Create the future you want by doing this. Send this positive energy into the universe, and it will send your future to you, just as you are thinking and feeling it now.

The Universal Law of attraction basically states that both our conscious and unconscious thoughts control the reality of our life. Whatever is strongly focused upon, whether it is positive or negative, is what one will ultimately get.

The Universality of the Law

This law affects everybody equally. No energy is required to make this happen, and nothing can be done to stop it.

Unconscious Attraction

Because it is human nature to focus on the things that have gone wrong, or problems that need to be fixed, by default more problems are attracted.

Consciously Repelling Negatives

To remove bad things from one's life, one has to stop giving them attention. If there is something in life that one wants to get rid of, focus on something different, and the negative will leave.

Consciously Attracting Positives

By focusing on the things that one wants to happen, those things are attracted. The more intense the positive thoughts, the faster the positive things appear.

Closing Thoughts

Humans are powerful attractors, whether by default or by deliberate choice. By thinking a wanted or unwanted thought, a wanted or unwanted emotion or end result occurs. When the thought is changed, so is the emotion or end result.
